Terms and conditions:
- Rates are not valid for Christmas eves/ Christmas and New Years' Eves/ New Years and other special occasions.
- Check-In time is 2 pm and Check-Out time is 12 noon. We are happy to offer early Check-In and late Check-Out with prior information and without any charges upon availability of rooms.
- Our swimming pool is open from 7:00 AM till 8:00PM. The pool is closed every Wednesday for cleaning. Loud music is prohibited around the pool area.
- DJ/music systems can be arranged for guests in the conference room till 9 PM.
- In case of self-arrangement of liquors for groups, corkage charge will be applicable which will be NPR 2000.00 nett per bottle / one litre for hard drinks or wine. Beer and soft drinks should be purchased at the bar only.
- Our weekday rates are valid from Monday - Thursday and weekend rates are valid from Friday - Sunday.
- Please note that we can hold rooms for one hour after an inquiry or booking is made, during which an advance payment of 20% of total amount is required to be made. Rooms will be released by our system after one hour if advance is not received.
- In the case of cancellations prior or no-shows, there will be no refund of the advance. However, we are happy to offer a new booking against the same advance for a duration of one month.
- Extra beds can be provided as per your request with applicable charges.
